About Us

Our professional team has started to take a role in the Real Estate sector first time in 2003. The team has completed successful valuation procedures and real estate transactions since 2003. Therefore, they have become dominant in the Real Estate sector at the Northern Part of the Island. The team also certified by the internationally accepted Real Estate firms. Whole real estate transactions are provided to understand the property sector, society’s behaviour and deep experience in Real Estate sector. As a result of these studies our team is qualified to be a Member of Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and our firm North Cyprus Chartered Surveyors (NCCS) is founded as a partnership in 2015.

NCCS is achieved a first success in the sector for Northern Cyprus and offers professional and global services to the domestic and foreign individuals, professionals and firms in the real estate sector.

Why North Cyprus Chartered Surveyors?

We provide independent valuation and consultancy management services with the objectivity, transparency and equity. The services are provided by the innovative and dynamic structured RICS Members with the strongly considering the client needs and transparent relationships avoiding the conflict of interests. Changing conditions, technology, economic and politic circumstances in Cyprus are also considered with the requirements of principal lifelong career development service concept.

We embrace and adopt the RICS ethics as our company ethics and promote in Northern part of the island.

Our Mission and Aim

Our one of the most important mission is to raise awareness and professional approach importance with the maintaining ethics and independent service in real estate sector and its benefits to others in Northern Cyprus. At the same time, to resolve the data base gap in this area for the northern part of the island. To meet country with the equitable service is also our prior aims

Who we are?

Gizlem Sakallı

After completing Hacettepe University Map and Cadastre Program she qualified to RICS Accredited course in University of Wolverhampton Building Surveying programme and she is still studying in The College of Estate Management Real Estate Masters Programme. She is Chartered Valuation Surveyor and Member of RICS. She had experience in Land Surveying, Building Surveying and Pathology, Facilities Management and Valuation.

Benan Kürşat

With her 15 years of experience in Real Estate Sector, she is the member of RICS and Chartered Consultancy Management Surveyor. She is also the winner of Hall of Fame in RE/MAX. She brought the first franchise to northern Cyprus and provided the professional perception in the sector. She is also completed many successful transactions in Cyprus and Turkey.
